What your customers want

Ever have a customer want you to detail their car, and they can't believe the price, or say I will have to get back to you and never do? How about "How fast can you get it done? Then some say "Can I wait for you to get done and think you are going only to take an hour!" Tell them these three words!

Good - Fast - Cheap

1. Want it good and fast? - It won't be Cheap

2. Want it fast and cheap? - It won't be Good

3. Want it cheap and good? - It won't be fast

So to the customer, remember you get what you pay for.

True detailers should get paid what they are worth. A true detailer has gone through some type of schooling just like other professions. They commit to making sure all the details are done to make your car look like new again. Some people think that they can do just a simple wash and vacuum is being a detailer.

Several years of experience gives a person the knowledge of what a customer expects to get when they get their car detailed. It has taught them what is needed to get the job professionally. So remember to treat your detailer like a professional. Detailers should explain every step that will be performed on there car and remember that service is the key.
